Recipe submission: Each month W. P. Griffin will feature favourite recipes submitted by our visitors. Throughout the year we will challenge you to test and rate the recipes that appear at our Recipe Corner and let us know why you think one particular recipe deserves to be featured on our site and qualifies for the Annual Potato Recipe Calendar.

Recipes will be judged by our 'focus group' based on originality, taste, texture, and overall appeal. Winners will be determined by a combination of ratings from our web-site visitors and from the ratings from our focus group.

Twelve winners will have their photos and recipes published in the calendar. Each winner will also receive 12 copies of the calendar to give to their family and friends and will be featured in our What's New section of the web-site.
