Seafood Chowder

1/3 cupBacon 80 ml
3Potatoes, large3
1/3 cupSheddred Carrots80 ml
2 1/2 cupsChicken Broth625 ml
3 tbspYellow Onion, minced45 ml
1 tspDried Chives5 ml
2 cups18 % Cream500 ml
1 tspSalt5 ml
5 dashesTabasco sauce5 dashes
1 cup2 % Milk250 ml
1 lbSeafood Mix500 g
1/4 cupMozzarella Cheese50 ml
1/4 cupButter50 ml
3 tbspAll Purpose Flour45 ml




Directions
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter whisk in flour. Add broth, milk, cream, carrots and potatoes, stirring frequently. Add seafood mix, and of the other ingredients (except the cheese). Simmer on low heat for approximately 1-2 hours (for full flavor incorporation). Add cheese about 5 minutes before serving.
Top with a sprinkle of pepper & enjoy!
