Potato Puffs

2 CupsWater500 ml
1/2 tspLemon Pepper2.5 ml
1/2 CupMilk125 ml
to tasteSaltto taste
6-8Medium Potatoes6-8
1/4 CupCream Cheese63 ml
1 TbspButter15 ml




Directions
1. Boil potatoes in water until cooked through. Mash well adding the milk, butter, cream cheese and seasoning(s).

2. Use a cookie sheet or baking dish, cover bottom with parchment paper.

3. Using an icing bag and wide tip put about 1 cup of the potato mixture in the bag, squeeze out about a 1/4 cup at a time on the parchment paper in a cone shape pile....do this until you have used up all the potato mixture. You should get about 10 -12 potato puffs.

4. Melt about 2 tbsp of butter and drizzle over the puffs.

5. Bake at 350 degrees until golden colour.


Serve with prime rib or your favorite meat recipe.
