Annabelle and Rosemary Potatoes

4 large Annabelle Potatoes4 large
2 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil30 ml
1 tbspFresh or dried Rosemary15 ml
1 tspSea Salt, coarse ground5 ml
1 tspFresh cracked pepper5 ml




Directions
1) Wash & Cut potatoes into quarters (peeling optional)
2) Put all ingredients together in a plastic bag than add your potatoes and shake well.
3) Empty ingredients from bag onto a baking sheet.
4) Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 min (or until browned and tender)
