Grilled Potatoes

4 cupsPotatoes, sliced1000 ml
sprinkleGround black peppersprinkle
sprinkleSaltsprinkle
4 tspButter20 ml
2 tspOnion10 ml




Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat
1) Prepare 4 packets of aluminum foil.
2) Place 1/4 of the potato and onion in the centre of the foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
3) Wrap into a flattened square and seal the edges.
4) Repeat the step above with the remaining potatoes and onions.
5) Place aluminum foil wrapped packages over indirect heat on your grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning once.


Serve hot off the grill.
