Scalloped Potatoes with Corn

14 oz can1 can green giant cream corn440 ml
1large onion (sliced)1
1/4 CupButter/Margarine62 ml
5-6 cups8 medium potatoes (sliced) 1.5 L
pinchsalt and pepperpinch




Directions
Peel and slice potatoes.
Add one large sliced onion.
Add one can of cream corn, salt and pepper.

Mix and cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven in a covered dish.

Once the potatoes are cooked add dabs of butter and place on broil until top is crusty. Approximately 3-5 minutes.

Serve with ham slices or pork chop for a great side.

Potato Scallops..my recipes is the same as yours,but I add half a cup of milk I find it very tastey and so do my guest when I have an outthing it sure makes it beautiful,meal,your potatos (Griffin a farming tradition sure does the trick;;;;
