Potato Dinner Rolls

MONTHLY WINNER

	margarine	1 cup
1/2 cup	Sugar	125 ml
1 pkg	Yeast	1 pkg
2 1/2 cups	Flour	625 ml
	mashed potato	1 cup
2	Eggs	2
	salt	1 tsp

Directions
Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and then sprinkle on 1 pkg yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients and then knead for 7 - 8 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour
Divide dough into handful shapes or place in greased muffin pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375.
