1/4 cupButter70 mL
4Medium russet potatoes4
sprinkleSalt and Peppersprinkle
1/2 cupGrated cheese125 mL




Directions
Wash potatoes well, cut in half lenghtwise. Score potatoes about one-eighth cm. deep. Spread with butter, add a shake of salt and pepper. Place face down on a sheet of tinfoil placed on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425F on lowest rack for 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 minutes remove from oven, turn over and sprinkle with chedder cheese. Return to oven and cook until cheese is brown. Serve with favourite meat, carrots, and whatever other vegetable you desire. ENJOY!!!!!
