Swedish Potatoes

1 large tubSour Cream 1 large tub
8-10Potatoes peeled/boiled/mashed8 - 10
4 ozsCream Cheese120ml
to tastesalt & pepperto taste
1 cupBread Crumbs250ml
2 tbspButter/ melted30ml




Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450F

Wash, peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until very creamy. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish.

Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.
(if keeping overnight use saran wrap instead of foil.
