roast garlic potatoes

1 tbspdijon mustard15ml
1/2 cupcheddar cheese125ml
1/3 cupgreen onion diced80ml
1/3 cupfresh parsely chopped80ml
1garlic bulb - cloves separated1
2 tbspmargarine25ml
2 1/2 lbspotatoes peeled, cooked 1 kg
1 1/2 cupsmilk375ml
sprinkleolive oil generous sprinklesprinkle




Directions
Pre heat oven to 400F. To roast garlic - separate cloves from a large bulb. Place cloves on foil wrap sprinkle generously with olive oil and fold. Put in oven to roast for about 45 minutes. Let it cool and peel.
In a sauce pan melt the margarine, add garlic and green onions and saute for 15 min. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper. Enjoy
