Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

1 TeaspoonTeaspoon Garlic Powder&nsbp;
1/2 CupFresh Milk&nsbp;
2Eggs beaten&nsbp;
1 Cup or lessWhite all purpose flour&nsbp;
2 CupsCooked, Mashed Griffin Potatoes&nsbp;
1 TeaspoonTeaspoon Parsley Flakes&nsbp;
1 CupCubed hard Cheddar Cheese&nsbp;

Cook and mash potatoes with fresh milk. Let potatoes cool slightly.
Add eggs, & spices to the cooked Griffin potatoes.
Add enough flour to your potato mixture to make your dough not be sticky to the touch.
Cut up your cheddar cheese into cubes and fold your dough around your cube of cheese to form a ball. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

This dish can also be used to make chicken/pork balls. Just leave out the Cheddar Cheese.
This dish is also great with any serving of fish.
