| INGREDIENTS
| 6 | 6 good sized potatoes (cut lengthwise 1/2 strips) peeling is optional | 6 | | to taste | Season with Salt | to taste |

DIRECTIONS
Scrub potatoes well. Peel if desired. Cut lengthwise into half-inch strips. Soak potato strips in cold salted water for at least one half hour. Heat oil - high temperature. Drain strips and dry well. Deep fry potato strips until golden brown in hot oil. Approximately 9-11 minutes. Place on paper toewls to catch excess oil. Salt to taste.
