| 30 | 30 toothpicks | 30 | | 1lb | Bacon | .454kg | | 2lb | Mini potatoes | .906kg | | 1 cup | Sour cream | 250ml | | 2tsp | Dill | 25ml |
|
DIRECTIONS
Wrap one piece of bacon around each mini potato, and secure it with a toothpick. Place all bacon wrapped potatoes on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 400F for 30-40 minutes until bacon is done and potatoes are cooked through. Pierce potatoes with fork to ensure that they are cooked.
Dip: Mix 2 tsp dill with 1 cup of sour cream
