Annabelle

An exciting new variety to Canada! Comparable to a fingerling, but smoother and more consistent in shape and size, consumers will be attracted to the fine gourmet quality taste, and texture. Annabelle is very suitable for the restaurant markets in North America. Tubers are a long-oval type with smooth clear bright yellow skins, eyes are superficial or not apparent. They are easy to peel and have a waxy firm texture. Great baked, boiled and steamed. A new favorite among European chefs. The Annabelle offers the benefit of extended shelf life as it is one of the top varieties resistant to greening.
